Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount on bd rumy is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The mobile number or account used at the time of deposit must be registered in the member's own name.
Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned. bd rumy will not be responsible for deposits sent with incorrect information.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The withdrawal method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay — must match the method used for the deposit.
The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met before making a withdrawal request. Attempting to withdraw without meeting the conditions will result in the bonus balance being cancelled, and only the original deposit amount will be withdrawable.
3.3 Verification Process
For security reasons, identity verification may be required before large withdrawals are processed. If the required documents are not provided in time, the request may be delayed. bd rumy reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal in cases of suspicious transactions.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On the first deposit, a member will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.
After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time. If the deadline passes, any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled.
4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions
Bonus funds cannot be used to play all games — bets placed on certain games do not count towards bonus wagering. The bonus balance in an account cannot be withdrawn directly before the bonus conditions are met.
Another offer cannot be activated while one promotional offer is already running, unless an exception is stated in the specific terms of that offer. Attempting to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in permanent account closure.
4.3 VIP Cashback
Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss of each week. Cashback is provided across five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%) and Diamond (up to 0.8%). Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
Cashback is added to the regular wallet and can be withdrawn without any additional wagering requirement, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.
Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 Game Operations
An active and verified account is required to take part in bd rumy's slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting sections. The specific rules governing each game apply as described in the individual game details.
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue (software failure or disconnection), bd rumy will review the game records to determine the outcome. The bet amount may be refunded where applicable.
